Test Lead – Trade Finance and T24 Core Banking systems

Experience: 6-10yrs

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with robust expertise in Trade Finance and T24 Core Banking systems. The candidate will be responsible for leading testing activities across trade finance applications, managing test planning and execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality banking solutions.

Location: Trivandrum/Bangalore,Onsite-Qatar

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end testing activities for trade finance applications and initiatives.
- Review business requirements and define comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
- Manage functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Validate trade finance workflows including LC, BG, SBLC, TBML, Collections, and related banking processes.
- Coordinate with Business, Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure complete test coverage.
- Drive defect triage meetings and manage defect lifecycle.
- Review test cases, test execution results, and quality metrics.




- Ensure compliance with trade finance regulations, AML, KYC, FATF, UCP600, ISP98, and SWIFT standards.
- Prepare test status reports, stakeholder dashboards, and quality metrics.
- Mentor testing teams and provide domain guidance on trade finance processes.
- Support SIT, UAT, production validation, and release sign-off activities.
