Hiring: Workday Consultant (IC Role)


We are urgently hiring experienced Workday Consultants for a leading Sutherland client project.



Job Details


- Role: Workday Consultant (Individual Contributor – IC Role)

- Location: Chennai (5 days Work from Office – Mandatory)

- Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)

- Budget: Up to 40 LPA (including 10% variable)

- Cab Facility: Available




Requirements

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of Workday hands -on experience

- Strong configuration expertise in Workday HCM modules

- Experience in US Payroll processes

- Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB / Studio / APIs)

- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
