- Assess the skills, interests, and vocational abilities of beneficiaries.

- Develop and implement vocational training programs based on individual capabilities.

- Provide practical training in selected trades, life skills, and work -related activities.

- Support beneficiaries in improving independence, confidence, communication, and social skills.

- Adapt teaching methods and training materials according to different disabilities and learning needs.

- Monitor trainee progress and maintain individual performance records.

- Ensure a secure, supportive, and inclusive training environment.

- Assist beneficiaries in developing workplace behavior, discipline, and time management skills.

- Coordinate vocational activities, workshops, and production units within the centre.





- Encourage participation in income -generation and skill -development activities.

- Work closely with therapists, social workers, caregivers, and family members for holistic development.

- Support placement, internship, or livelihood opportunities for eligible beneficiaries.

- Organize exhibitions, sales activities, and community interaction programs for vocational products.

- Prepare monthly reports and documentation related to training activities and beneficiary progress.

- Participate in meetings, trainings, and rehabilitation planning sessions.
