The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and related virtualization technologies, along with exposure to cloud and data center infrastructure. nThis role involves managing complex virtualization environments, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and contributing to infrastructure modernization initiatives. n________________________________________ nKey Responsibilities nVirtualization Infrastructure Management nu2022 Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter Server). nu2022 Administer and maintain clusters, resource pools, HA, DRS, and vMotion. nu2022 Manage VM provisioning, templates, snapshots, and lifecycle management. nu2022 Perform host upgrades, patching, and firmware updates. nHigh Availability u0026 Disaster Recovery nu2022 Configure and manage VMware HA, DRS, FT. nu2022 Implement and manage Site Recovery Manager (SRM) (if applicable). nu2022 Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing. nStorage u0026 Networking nu2022 Configure and manage VMFS, NFS, vSAN (preferred). nu2022 Work with SAN/NAS storage environments. nu2022 Configure virtual networking (vDS, VLANs, NSX u2013 preferred). nu2022 Collaborate with network and storage teams for performance optimization. nPerformance u0026 Capacity Management nu2022 Monitor system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks. nu2022 Perform capacity planning and resource optimization. nu2022 Maintain documentation for infrastructure and processes. nSecurity u0026 Compliance nu2022 Implement VMware security best practices. nu2022 Manage RBAC, hardening guidelines,
