Job Description
Skill Stork International School invites applications from experienced and passionate TGT Mathematics Teachers to join our academic team. The role involves delivering high -quality Mathematics instruction aligned with the CBSE curriculum for Grades 6 to 10, with a strong focus on conceptual clarity, logical reasoning, problem -solving skills, and exam readiness.
The teacher is expected to inculcate a love for Mathematics, build student confidence, and eliminate fear or anxiety towards the subject through engaging, activity -based, and concept -driven teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured Mathematics lessons for Grades 6 to 10 as per the CBSE curriculum
- Ensure strong conceptual understanding and application of mathematical concepts
- Encourage interest, confidence, and a positive attitude towards Mathematics
- Identify learning gaps and address Math anxiety through differentiated teaching
- Prepare students for school assessments and board examinations
- Design and implement formative and summative assessments
- Maintain awareness of board exam paper patterns, marking schemes, and assessment criteria
- Stay updated with CBSE curriculum changes and assessment guidelines
- Use teaching aids, real -life examples, technology, and manipulatives to enhance learning
- Maintain proper lesson plans, assessment records, and academic documentation
- Collaborate with department members and academic coordinators
- Communicate effectively with parents and the school community
- Uphold child safeguarding, academic integrity, and professional ethics

Eligibility and Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of total teaching experience – compulsory
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics in Grades 6 to 8
- Experience teaching Mathematics up to Grade 10
- Preferred (not compulsory): Board exam examiner or evaluator experience
- Positions are open to experienced candidates only
- Freshers need not apply
Subject Background
- Mathematics (Middle and Secondary Level)
Qualifications
- B.Ed. – mandatory
- Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related discipline
- CBSE training or subject -related workshops – preferred
