To support an effective, high-volume, and process-driven talent acquisition function for Quest Alliance by executing targeted sourcing on LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring timely candidate screening, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and enabling smooth end-to-end hiring operations in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Design, implement, and track SLA-based recruitment processes aligned to programmatic and organizational needs.
- Maintain accurate hiring dashboards, trackers, and weekly updates using Zoho, Google Looker Studio, and internal tools.
- Drive talent mapping and sourcing strategies to achieve high-quality shortlists and candidate progression.
2. Enable Strategic Workforce Planning and Stakeholder Alignment
- Conduct regular hiring-planning conversations with program and functional leads (monthly and annual).
- Standardize and manage job descriptions through a centralized JD Master Folder.
- Provide role-wise hiring status updates through shared dashboards on weekly and monthly cadence.
3. Build Future-Ready Talent Pipelines
- Design and roll out a structured internship framework aligned to Questâs talent needs.
- Partner with colleges, institutions, and ecosystem organizations to strengthen pipelines, including remote geographies.
- Explore and operationalize hybrid and remote internship models to expand reach and inclusion.
4. Ensure Stable BAU Hiring and People Operations Support
- Manage day-to-day recruitment operations including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Support smooth transition and handover of People Operations processes such as onboarding, documentation, payroll data, and stipends.
- Monitor and sustain uninterrupted BAU support during defined transition timelines.
5. Strengthen Employer Brand and Practice Continuous Learning
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to amplify Questâs culture, values, and opportunities through campaigns and storytelling.
- Build Questâs employer presence across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and relevant job boards.
- Actively pursue skill development in sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management, and share learnings with the team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years experience, including at least 1 year in the Nor-for-profit sector through fellowships or other full-time engagements.
- Hands-on experience working with Zoho Recruit or a comparable ATS.
- Demonstrated experience in digital sourcing and talent pipelining using LinkedIn and Naukri, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and candidate engagement.
- Commitment to continuous learning, feedback, and knowledge-sharing within teams.
- Experience in the Non-profit sector in communications, workshop design and facilitation, content development, outreach and event coordination are added advantages.

Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 60,000/- per month (cost to company) (The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
