This role focuses on understanding business needs, leading recruitment processes, collaborating with sourcing teams, and ensuring an inclusive and seamless experience for all applicants. The individual will also contribute to enhancing our employer brand, ensuring highu2011quality talent pipelines, and supporting onboarding excellence.nn## What you will donnBuild robust, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers across designated business units.Conduct intake discussions to understand hiring needs, competencies, and role expectations.Partner with sourcing specialists to design and execute effective recruiting strategies.Screen applicants, conduct HR interviews, evaluate alignment with Vodafone Spirit behaviours, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Maintain accurate and timely updates on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including Eightfold and SuccessFactors.Participate in hiring events, job fairs,
