Key Responsibilities

- Develop program objectives, timelines, and roadmaps to ensure cohesive execution across all projects.

- Coordinate program schedules and meetings across all project participants.

- Break down projects into well -defined stages with clear milestones and deliverables.

- Proactively identify potential risks and delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Monitor resource utilisation, skill gaps, and support requirements — especially during critical phases — to maintain efficiency and avoid bottlenecks.

Problem -Solving

- Ability to define structured processes for resolving complex operational and technical challenges.


Good to Have

- Proven track record in customer relationship management.

- Experience with cross -group collaboration in large, matrixed organisations.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and JIRA.
