? Role Overview


We are looking for a Senior Windows Server Administrator to manage enterprise infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across Windows, AD, and virtualization environments. This is an operations -heavy L3 role involving incident management, patching, and automation.

? Key Responsibilities


- Manage Windows Server (2012–2022) environments

- Provide L3 support, RCA & incident resolution

- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO

- Handle patching & vulnerability management (WSUS/SCCM)

- Manage VMware vSphere (VM lifecycle, HA/DRS)

- Monitor systems, optimize performance & capacity





- Manage backup/restore & DR readiness

- Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting


✠Must -Have Skills

- Robust Windows Server Administration (L3)

- Hands -on Active Directory & Group Policy

- Experience with VMware vSphere

- Knowledge of Networking fundamentals

- Experience with Backup/DR tools (Veeam/Commvault)


➕ Good to Have

- Monitoring tools (SCOM/SolarWinds)

- Azure/Hybrid Cloud exposure

- Security & compliance knowledge
