U-Vita operates in the high-repeat family nutrition category — one of the most
attractive spaces for building a large, profitable D2C brand in India. We are entering our
next growth phase and are looking for a hands-on leader who can scale the business with
strong ROAS discipline and long-term brand vision.

Role Overview.
The Head of D2C Growth & Brand will own the complete D2C P&L; for U-Vita and drive
scalable, profitable growth across digital channels. This leader will combine brand
thinking with performance rigor and customer-first execution.

Key Responsibilities.
• Own end-to-end D2C revenue, growth, and profitability.
• Develop and execute a 12–24 month growth roadmap.
• Lead acquisition across Meta, Google, Amazon, and marketplaces.
• Optimize CAC,



ROAS, MER, and blended acquisition efficiency.
• Drive website CRO, AOV expansion, bundling, and subscriptions.
• Build and scale retention via CRM, Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Define and strengthen U-Vita’s brand narrative and positioning.
• Build dashboards and lead a strong experimentation culture.
• Build and mentor a high-performing D2C team.
• Align closely with product, supply chain, finance, and creative teams.

Required Qualifications
• 7–12+ years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or digital growth roles.
• Proven track record of scaling a D2C brand from early stage to scale.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, and cohort analysis.
• Experience in health, wellness, nutrition, or FMCG is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Experience managing meaningful performance marketing budgets.
