Role Description The Associate Founder – Sales & Marketing is a full-time role based in Trivandrum, responsible for driving business growth and brand visibility for Firecodex. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, and negotiating deals to close new business. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the product and development teams to position services effectively.



This individual will track performance metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and contribute to long-term go-to-market plans while representing Firecodex at events, networking opportunities, and client engagements.
Qualifications
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, relationship-building, and deal closing.
Marketing expertise in brand positioning, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, search, email, and content-driven campaigns.
Ability to understand and communicate technology solutions, including websites, mobile apps, and analytics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in en_US.
Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
