Position Overview:-
As Head of Design, you will lead and oversee the Design department, managing a multidisciplinary team of architects, BIM specialists, Quantity Surveyors, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable design solutions that exceed client expectations and align with the company’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement the overall design strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Provide visionary leadership that inspires and motivates the design team towards design excellence.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary team of architects, BIM specialists, Quantity Surveyors, and MEP engineers.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and qualified growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Project Management
Oversee the design process end-to-end from concept development to project completion,



ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve design-related issues or challenges.
Design Excellence
Set design standards and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all projects.
Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and specifications for compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture, BIM, Quantity Survey, and MEP engineering.
Quality Assurance
Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure design deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence and accuracy.
