Role Description The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities,



primarily in the residential and commercial elevator market in Bengaluru and surrounding regions. This full-time, on-site role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, meeting prospective clients, and presenting tailored elevator solutions that align with their technical and design requirements. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and customer service teams to prepare proposals, support contract negotiations, and ensure smooth handover from prospecting to project execution. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking sales pipeline performance, attending industry events, and providing feedback on market trends and competitor activities. The role also requires nurturing long-term client relationships through proactive communication and after-sales follow-up to drive repeat business and referrals.
