Key Responsibilities in this Role:
Strategic People Partnering: You will act as a consultant to our leadership team, translating business objectives into effective people strategies. You’ll guide leaders through organization design, change management, and leadership development,



ensuring our teams are structured for long-term success.
HR Strategy & Compliance: You will own the implementation of our India People strategy, ensuring our policies and practices are not only legally compliant with local regulations but also foster a positive, productive, and inclusive working environment.
Data-Driven Decision Making: You will maximize our HRIS and leverage people metrics—such as turnover and engagement—to provide actionable insights. You’ll identify trends, manage the HR budget, and make data-backed recommendations that drive operational efficiency and employee well-being.
Employee Lifecycle Excellence: You will oversee the employee journey, from seamless onboarding and effective performance management to compensation and benefits programs. You’ll champion initiatives that improve productivity and retention, ensuring every team member is set up to thrive.
