Role Description The Robotics Trainer will deliver hands-on training sessions in robotics and related technologies to learners at the Bantwal campus. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves planning and conducting practical workshops, demonstrations, and assessments using robotics systems and equipment. The trainer will design and update course materials, create learning modules, and ensure secure and effective use of robotic tools, including welding and industrial robots.



Daily responsibilities include guiding learners through troubleshooting exercises, supervising preventive maintenance activities, and providing clear explanations of robotic concepts and applications. The Robotics Trainer will collaborate with other faculty, support continuous curriculum improvement, and help learners build confidence and job-ready skills in robotics.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in robotics, including practical experience with industrial robots and basic robotic systems.
Hands-on skills in robotic welding and related automation processes.
Ability to perform troubleshooting on robotic equipment and diagnose technical issues efficiently.
Experience in preventive maintenance of robots, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in technical or vocational education is highly beneficial.
