What would you do? Data entry in HR1S and managing service request via Oracle Helpdesk.

Update HR1S systems, which include, but not limited to internal and client-based applications with HR transactions




Double-check all work before submission to ensure accuracy
Extract, Analyse and Deliver the output report to ensure data has been processed accurately
Must have explicit understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured. e.g. SLA, KPI
Complete tasks within the assigned time frame (SLA) to ensure timely delivery
Communicate with the requestor via Helpdesk to receive accurate information to proceed with the service request
Reviews all input to ensure data is compliant with standard operation procedure practices
Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems
Stick to established processes and guidelines like Localisation documents to ensure consistent, accurate results, leverage tools, checklists, or templates provided to ensure work is done correctly
