Assistant Manager – Accounts | Manufacturing Industry | Vashi

Are you a finance skilled who enjoys working beyond routine accounting? We're looking for an Assistant Manager – Accounts to join a leading manufacturing organization and contribute to financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Ensure accurate accounting, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and coordinate with auditors.
Support internal controls, process improvements, and ERP-based finance operations.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Desired Profile

B.Com/M.Com with CA Inter/ICWA Inter preferred.
5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.




Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Audits.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
Excellent proficiency in Advanced Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
