We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Delivery Management
Delivery Management and Agile lead for Open Finance program is very critical to the overall success of this important regulatory program for UAE for next couple of years.
The individual will be responsible for managing the overall governance working closely with stakeholders from IWPB, OBSS and Wholesale across business, IT and control functions.
Complex regional team management with budgets and managing global stakeholder expectations, OBSS leadership and supplier teams and our extended teams in China, UK and India.
Responsible for conducting PWG’s, Steercos and CxO communication, PI planning workshops.
The region has additional layer of complexity as IT team is expected to participate in regional business working group meetings and follow regional processes alongside group’s Agile WoW, with the interdependency of the multiple workstreams involved from India and China teams.
