As an Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Test Engineer, you will be an active member of an Agile Scrum/Kanban team responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving software and hardware test strategies for SmarTest 8 on the Advantest V93000 (V93K) Tester Platform.

This role requires a unique combination of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) expertise and software development skills. You will work closely with product owners, developers, test engineers, and global teams to validate current platform capabilities, enhance test coverage, develop automation solutions, and contribute to the quality and reliability of Advantest test systems. In addition to ATE and semiconductor testing knowledge, hands-on experience in Java, Python, test automation,



and software development practices is essential.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in ATE, semiconductor test engineering, and software development, with hands-on expertise in Advantest V93000, SmarTest 8, Java, Python, and test automation frameworks. The role offers the opportunity to work across test strategy, automation, CI/CD integration, validation, debugging, and quality improvements for next-generation semiconductor test solutions.
