Job Description
Role: Apprentice – Trainee
Location: Gurgaon

Job description:
Conducting basic LMS administration activities including, but not limited to:
Assigning training
Managing registrations, changes, cancelations, and wait lists
Tracking attendance and completions
Assigning learner and instructor credit




Generating standard Learning reports by request
Understand when to escalate to the Administration Specialist for resolution
Provide operations support to existing processes at the direction of the Team Leader
Implement use of process analysis and documentation methods, tools, and standards

Education:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educations required

Required skills:
Good Communication Skills
