Role & Responsibilities:
Product Positioning & Messaging:
• Learn our AI products and help develop explicit, differentiated messaging.
• Translate complex AI and technical concepts into customer-focused value propositions.
• Simplify topics such as AI agents, LLMs, MCP, APIs, automation, RAG, and AI workflows into content that business and technical audiences can understand.
• Help maintain consistent messaging across website, social media, sales, and product collateral.
Go-to-Market (GTM):
• Assist in planning and executing go-to-market launches for new AI products and features.
• Support launch checklists, product announcements, release campaigns, webinars, and feature rollouts.
• Work with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to align messaging with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
