Manaar Tower is a up-to-date commercial property located in Sector 132, Noida, offering professionally designed office spaces for IT, IT-enabled services, corporates and growing businesses.
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to support our office leasing, lead generation and client acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads for commercial office-space leasing.
Identify and approach companies, startups, multinational corporations and institutional clients.
Build relationships with commercial real estate brokers and property consultants across Delhi NCR.
Conduct property presentations, site visits and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office-space solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle.




Assist in rental negotiations, documentation and deal closure.
Maintain an updated database of leads, brokers and prospective tenants.
Track market developments, competing properties and prevailing rental trends.
Coordinate with management, facility and legal teams during the leasing process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree.
1–4 years of experience in sales, business development or commercial real estate leasing.
Experience in office-space leasing, coworking, managed offices, IT/ITeS properties or B2B sales will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Confident in client meetings, property presentations and cold outreach.
Good understanding of the Delhi NCR commercial real estate market.
Existing relationships with brokers, channel partners or corporate occupiers will be an advantage.
