Job Description
Deliver product demonstrations for MSP/MSSP prospects.
Oversee technical implementation of solutions,



providing hands-on support.
Effectively manage trials/evaluations and proof of value of the platform at scale.
Establish and share best practices for solution implementation and troubleshooting.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to provide technical insights for go-to-market strategies.
Represent the email and collaboration security product at field events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, webinars, seminars).
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFEs/RFIs/RFPs/SOW.
Develop and deliver technical training for MSP partners on product usage and best practices.
Liaise with other departments (Products, Engineering, Support) on field priorities and product roadmap.
Stay updated on new product releases and train partners accordingly.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance partner satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with key partner decision-makers
