Manager - Marketing, Workplace Management and Property Management, India (P3)
The Manager - Field Marketing for Workplace Management and Property Management as part of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) will be responsible to drive strategic marketing initiatives across the Indian market to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and support client acquisition and retention efforts.



This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian real estate market and the ability to translate global marketing strategies into locally relevant campaigns.
Role Purpose
The role is responsible for planning, building, and implementing the roll out of marketing initiatives to support strategic growth opportunities in India across our integrated facilities management, workplace strategy, property management services and others. The person in this role will work closely with local, regional and global marketing colleagues and partner with the business leadership team as well as the associated business, research and centres of excellence (COEs = digital, brand, communication, events, etc.) to enable the business growth and strengthen JLL’s market positioning through planning and development of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities will include marketing planning, campaign development, co-ordination of rollouts, digital marketing, events strategy, content, collateral development/distribution and client communications.
