About Zeraphos

Zeraphos helps families living abroad stay involved in the care of their aging parents in India. Our CareMates visit parents at home in Kerala, spend time with them, and keep their children abroad informed and reassured.

The role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to handle enquiries from NRI families, follow up with prospective clients, and convert qualified leads into paid subscriptions. The role covers inbound enquiry handling, outbound follow-up, and conversion.

This is a remote role, with occasional team meets in Ernakulam. It requires flexibility to work across North American time zones.

We are not looking for someone to work a script and report a call count. Activity is not achievement. Three of our leadership principles matter most in this role:

We do not trade a family's trust for a faster close. If we are not right for a family, say so.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound enquiries from NRI families through WhatsApp, phone, email, and the website.
Make outbound calls to new and existing leads and conduct systematic follow-ups.
Understand each family's requirements, including the parent's situation, living arrangement, and the support they need.
Explain our plans, pricing, and what a CareMate visit includes, accurately and without overstating.
Engage customers directly from discovery through to a signed subscription and a scheduled first visit.
Schedule and manage callbacks across multiple international time zones.
Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, and follow-up status in our lead tracker.
Coordinate with the care team for onboarding and first visit scheduling.
Escalate unresolved queries or complaints to your reporting manager or the care team.
