At Veritis, you will lead growth across AI, IT Services, Cloud, Digital Transformation and ServiceNow while shaping the next phase of our expansion working along side Director – Sales.

About the Chance
As Senior Manager – Business Development & Strategic Growth, you will own the journey from generating qualified opportunities through enterprise engagement, commercial negotiations, deal closure and long-term account growth. Reporting to the Director – Sales, you will work with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Delivery and Leadership to create a predictable revenue engine and a high-performance business development organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive MRR, quarterly and annual revenue growth.
• Acquire new enterprise logos and strategic accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CEOs,



other C Level Executives and procurement leaders.
• Convert qualified opportunities into profitable long-term customers.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling and account mining.
• Develop GTM strategies for AI, IT Services, Cloud and ServiceNow.
• Lead complex enterprise pursuits and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline and sales governance.
• Partner with Delivery to maximize customer success and retention.

Success Measures (KPIs)
MRR, Quarterly Revenue, Annual Revenue, New Logos, Pipeline Growth, Win Ratio, Average Deal Size, Forecast Accuracy, Cross-sell Revenue, Upsell Revenue, Existing Account Growth, Client Retention, CSAT, Strategic Partnerships and Team Performance.

8+ years of enterprise technology business development experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
