Project Engineer – Software

About The Role





The Project Engineer – Software is a cross-functional engineering role responsible for bridging industrial engineering standards, software systems, and project delivery across ERIC Robotics’ portfolio of robotic products.

The role will work closely with the CTO, Team Lead – Software, and Project Management Office (PMO) to establish disciplined software engineering practices, contribute to system architecture, optimise communication and data acquisition systems, and support structured project execution.

This position requires a combination of technical depth, engineering discipline, project coordination, documentation, and strong cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Standards and Engineering Practices
Define, document, and implement software engineering standards aligned with applicable industrial, quality, and safety requirements.
Establish coding standards, code review processes, version control practices, testing requirements, and CI/CD guidelines across the software team.
Support periodic revie
