What would you do? To be responsible for the knowledge transfer in the areas of Systems, applications and activities that follow Transport payment process. Responsible for documentation and changes thereof.
Ensure that the necessary guidelines are complied with and necessary documents are maintained as applicable for all day- to-day processes. Play a key role in the team, being the link between the team and TL and ensure that adequate process knowledge is developed and be the first point of contact for all members. Act as a back for the TL.
What are we looking for? •Transport Payment: · Process basic freight or logistics invoices under standard procedures. · Review transport vendor invoices, supporting PODs, and freight details. · Coordinate with logistics teams for dispute resolution. · Manage complex transport and freight payments, reconcile transport vendor accounts. · Work with supply chain teams to align freight invoices with shipment data. •Qualification: Commerce Graduate •Skilled Competency Analytical Thinking •Communication & Presentation Skills •Decision Making Skill •Focus on Goals / Result Orientation Bachelo
