Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Quality Analyst (QA) with exposure to Collections, KYC, AML, Financial Crime, Banking, or Customer Service Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality audits, compliance monitoring, performance analysis, feedback, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits and monitor process compliance.
Review customer interactions and processes against defined quality standards.
Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, Collections, and regulatory requirements.
Identify quality gaps, trends, and process risks.
Prepare quality reports and provide actionable insights.
Deliver feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
Support process improvement and corrective action initiatives.




Maintain accurate quality and compliance documentation.

Requirements

Relevant experience as a Quality Analyst/Quality Associate in Collections, KYC, AML, Banking, Financial Crime, or Customer Service Operations.
Strong knowledge of quality audits and compliance monitoring.
Understanding of KYC/AML and Collections processes.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in feedback, coaching, and process improvement.
Valuable communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in banking, financial services, collections, KYC, AML, or financial crime operations.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality management practices.
CAMS, GO-AKS, GCAMO, or other globally recognized KYC/AML certifications will be an advantage.
