As an Advisory - Deals - IT Due Diligence - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of IT due diligence, integration, and separation planning within our Deals practice. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various geographies and sectors, providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize IT landscapes during mergers and acquisitions. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating IT functions, identifying synergies, and proposing strategies to mitigate risks.

you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards.
