About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting, implementation, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and other declarative tools.
Collaborate with developers to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
Support data migration, testing, deployment, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Work with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.
Prepare functional documentation, user guides,



and training materials.
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and governance.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Administrator/Consultant.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce Flows, security model, automation, reports, and dashboards.
Positive understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations to collaborate effectively with development teams.
Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and client communication.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce Administrator certification is required. Business Analyst or Sales Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.

Nice to Have
Experience with Litify or other managed packages.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience with Git, Bitbucket, or DevOps tools.
