About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Manager - Business Development Lead who can create new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market development.
The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial interiors, workplace solutions, real estate, design & build, construction, or related industries. This role requires a strong network, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to close large enterprise deals.
Responsibilities
Drive new business development through enterprise client acquisition and strategic partnerships.




Identify and develop recent revenue opportunities across corporate clients, GCCs, developers, and commercial real estate.
Build strong relationships with Architects, PMCs, IPCs, Consultants, Facility Management companies, Corporate Real Estate teams, and key decision-makers.
Develop channel partnerships and referral networks to generate qualified business opportunities.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
Work closely with the Design, Pre-Sales, Estimation, and Project teams to prepare client presentations and commercial proposals.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Understand client business needs and recommend suitable workplace solutions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen Zyeta's market position.
