Assistant Manager / Manager – Land Development (International Projects)

Role Overview
This role leads and delivers complex international land development, infrastructure, and roadway projects across North America, the UK, Europe, and ANZ markets. The position involves end-to-end ownership of project planning, design review, quality assurance, and timely delivery while ensuring compliance with global engineering standards.
The role requires direct client engagement, stakeholder coordination, and effective management of multidisciplinary teams. It also focuses on mentoring engineers and drafters while driving best practices in Civil 3D–based design and project execution.
The position may involve rotational shifts to align with overseas clients and global project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end land development, infrastructure, and roadway projects for North American, UK, or European clients.
Oversee project teams,



ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeline, and client requirements.
Directly interact with international clients and multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve project issues.
Review and approve detailed construction and design plans, ensuring compliance with regional standards and regulations.
Mentor and train junior engineers and drafters on best practices, project standards, and software (primarily Civil 3D).
Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and other consultants for seamless project execution.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and technical documentation to internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including drafting, design, grading, corridor modeling, and plan production.
Robust knowledge of land development
