This is not a FIXED salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor engagement, compensated entirely on a commission/per-sale basis tied to overall business performance and conversions. There is no fixed monthly salary, retainer, or guaranteed minimum payout. This role is best suited for a senior operator confident in their ability to drive results under a fully outcome-based compensation structure.

About the Role
This is not a hiring role, an HR role, or a sales role — it's all three, plus everything else it takes to run the business day-to-day. We're looking for someone who can take full operational ownership: build and manage a large workforce (500+ interns across functions),



ensure every revenue-generating and delivery function is performing, and be the single point of accountability for how the business runs, end to end.

What you'll own
Talent & Workforce
End-to-end hiring and continuous onboarding of interns at scale (500+), across all functions, on a rolling basis to offset attrition
Building a tiered leadership structure underneath (team leads, function heads) so no function is unmanaged, regardless of headcount
Training systems and SOPs for every function, so quality doesn't depend on any one person
HR / Candidate Conversion
Oversight of the HR/sales function that talks to candidates — ensuring conversations are happening, quality is high, and conversions (sales) are actually closing
Monitoring conversion metrics and fixing the pipeline when numbers drop, not just reporting them upward
Sales / Business Development
Oversight of sales interns responsible for sourcing IT projects and clients — ma
