Role: Event Booking Expert (Sales Executive)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 2 – 4 years (Event/Venue Booking or Banquet Sales preferred)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹36,000/month + Incentives on achieving targets
Responsibilities:
Handle event inquiries (birthdays, weddings, corporate events, pool parties, etc.) via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
Understand client requirements — date, guest count, budget — and recommend suitable venues
Explain packages, pricing, and add-ons; check availability and manage date-blocking
Negotiate pricing and close bookings efficiently, collecting advance/token amounts
Coordinate with operations for site visits and pre-event walkthroughs
Reconfirm event details with clients closer to the date
Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, bookings, and event details




Follow up with undecided leads to maximize conversions
Build client relationships for repeat bookings and referrals
Meet and exceed monthly booking/sales targets
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in event/venue booking, farmhouse, or banquet sales (mandatory)
Robust understanding of event pricing and booking cycles
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
Confident negotiator, comfortable managing multiple bookings at once
Comfortable with WhatsApp and CRM tools
Based in Gurugram or nearby areas
Self-motivated and target-driven
