Role Overview
As a Creative Director Intern, you will take ownership of the creative direction of AI-generated videos for fashion, jewellery and lifestyle brands.
You will convert a product, campaign objective or client brief into a clear visual narrative. You will define the mood, story, shot structure, styling, camera language, pacing and overall look of the film.
You will work closely with AI image creators, AI video artists,



editors and the founding team to ensure that every output feels realistic, premium, brand-relevant and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities1. Concept Development
Understand the brand, product, audience and campaign objective.
Develop original video concepts for advertisements, social media reels, product launches and brand campaigns.
Convert basic client requirements into engaging visual stories.
Research relevant fashion, jewellery, advertising and filmmaking references.
Create moodboards, visual directions and campaign themes.
Ensure that every concept aligns with the brand’s positioning and visual identity.
2. Storyboarding and Shot Planning
Create detailed storyboards and shot-by-shot video plans.
Define framing, camera angles, subject movement, transitions and scene progression.
Prepare clear shot lists for AI image and video generation.
