JOB LOCATION : Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Working Hours : 8.5 hours/day in general shift | 5 day week

Role Summary:
Engineer – Sales & Applications will support the application engineering and sales team in techno-commercial evaluation of RFQs, basic valve sizing, cost estimation, and proposal preparation. This role is designed to provide structured learning and hands-on exposure to control valve applications and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilies:
1. RFQ & Technical Evaluaon
• Review RFQs and interpret technical specificaons and applicaon requirements.
• Idenfy scope, risks, and deviaons; prepare clarificaon/excepons documents.
• Learn to coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs.

2. Engineering & Proposal Preparaon
• Perform control valve sizing and selecon as per specificaon requirements.
• Prepare cost esmates including RFQs to approved suppliers for bought-out items.
• Generate cost sheets in ERP and obtain internal approvals.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers within defined melines.





3. Customer & Cross-Funconal Coordinaon
• Parcipate in customer discussions, clarificaons, and technical meengs.
• Conduct Technical Review Meengs (TRM) and support Kick-Off Meengs (KOM)
• Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, and sales teams.

4.Learning & Development
• Undergo structured training on control valves, applicaons, and industry standards.
• Learn ERP systems, cosng tools, and valve sizing soware.
• Develop understanding of industry segments like Oil & Gas, Power, and Chemicals.

5. Compliance & Process Adherence
• Maintain documentaon as per Sales SOP and ISO standards.
• Maintain and update supply references and track records.
• Contribute to iniaves aimed at improving turnaround me and process efficiency.
