Role Description

We're looking for a Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong focus on measurable business results.
You'll work closely with our strategy, creative, and operations teams to scale brands through data-driven marketing and continuous experimentation.

Responsibilities





Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to improve campaign performance.
Prepare clear performance reports and recommendations for clients.
Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities.
Contribute to developing repeatable performance marketing processes and frameworks.

Requirements

Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads.
Experience with Google Ads is preferred.
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.
