We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Lead to expand our global footprint by developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving export sales across international markets.

Job Summary
The International Sales Lead will be responsible for developing international business, identifying new customers, managing export sales, and strengthening relationships with distributors, importers, retailers, and private-label partners. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international B2B sales, strong commercial acumen, and a successful track record in export business development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute international sales strategies across Europe, the United States, Australia, New Zealand,



and other target markets.
Identify and acquire new international customers, including importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, private-label partners, and food manufacturers.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, channel partners, brokers, and sales agents.
Manage the complete international sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, product presentations, sampling, pricing, negotiations, contracts, and order execution.
Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Represent COWBERRY at international trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer meetings, and industry events.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
