Role Description The Housekeeping Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, following established standards and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include making beds, replenishing amenities, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, managing laundry items, and reporting maintenance issues.



The Housekeeping Associate interacts with guests in a courteous and professional manner, responds to requests promptly, and coordinates with the front office and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. The role also includes adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines, participating in training sessions, and supporting the housekeeping team during peak occupancy and events.

Qualifications
Ability to perform housekeeping and laundry tasks efficiently, including room cleaning, linen handling, and upkeep of public areas.
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
