We are seeking for Supply Chain Auditor in our Food and Nutrition Division . To
provide audit services within Supply Chain Food Safety business unit. This
position is responsible for evaluating assigned suppliers’ compliance with
relevant standards and pre-determined criteria for food safety and quality;
producing reports detailing audit findings; communicating those results to the
supplier as well as NSF team members.

Responsibilities

* Schedule and conduct the full range of assigned Food Safety & Quality audits.
* Conduct special supplier visits to investigate product failures and verify
the implementation of corrective actions.
* Develop effective work plans for the completion of assigned audits.
* Establish and maintain effective communication with program representatives
and project managers as it relates to client-specific concerns affecting
plants assigned to the auditor.
* Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree.
* Five (5) years food processing experience (food plant experience in a
responsible position related to food safety).




* Qualified as a consultant or auditor in at least one of the GFSI benchmarked
standards, (ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, SQF, BRC, and/or Global GAP)
* In-depth working knowledge of the manufacture of food and allied products.
* Ability to perform audits in more than one program area and/or ability to
train auditors.
* Ability to work independently from remote location.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
* Ability to maintain a valid and current passport and have the ability to
travel domestically and internationally.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, etc.
