Summary of the Position
Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing,



and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's recruitment needs. The role manages the complete recruitment lifecycle, collaborates with hiring managers, and ensures timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the Role
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and staffing needs.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interviews with stakeholders.
Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Prepare and publish job descriptions aligned with business requirements.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
