Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of HPLC Columns and Chromatography Consumables across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical sales, business development, and customer relationship management within the pharmaceutical, biopharma, or analytical instrumentation industry.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development for HPLC Columns and Chromatography Consumables.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Pharma, Biopharma, CRO, CDMO, Academic, and Research organizations.




Build and maintain robust customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions.
Generate quotations, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.
Work closely with application and product teams to support customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare sales forecasts and submit periodic sales reports.
Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet customers and channel partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience

5–10 years of sales experience in HPLC Columns, Chromatography Consumables, or Analytical Instruments.
Experience handling customers in the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry is preferred.
