About the role
The mission of the Test Automation Engineer role is to enhance software quality through effective automation strategies that align with the organization’s vision of delivering reliable and scalable applications to clients.
Design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Collaborate with development, product,



and DevOps teams to define test strategies and ensure high-quality releases.
Work on SaaS-based applications, validating APIs, data integration, UI workflows, and scalability.
Analyze test results, track bugs, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Ensure thorough documentation of test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Participate in design and code reviews, offering feedback on testability and quality.
Continuously improve test processes and automation coverage to support fast-paced agile delivery.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation and QA.
Strong programming skills in Java, Selenium, and Selenide.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, APM.
