About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to design, develop, and support scalable customer service solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud, integrations, and contact center technologies, delivering high-quality solutions across post-sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and Lightning Experience.
Build UI components, business automations, and custom Salesforce applications.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
Integrate Salesforce with CTI/contact center platforms such as Genesys, Talkdesk, RingCentral, Five9, or Amazon Connect.
Implement and enhance Service Console, Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, and Digital Engagement capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.




Support CI/CD deployments, production releases, and ongoing platform enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
6.5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Flows.
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML, and third-party integrations.
Experience integrating Salesforce with contact center platforms (Genesys, Talkdesk, RingCentral, Five9, Amazon Connect, etc.).
Experience with Open CTI, Omni-Channel, Service Console, and Agile development.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins, AutoRABIT, and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory); Platform Developer II and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
Exposure to Salesforce AI/Agentforce, Einstein AI, or AI-powered customer
