As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Head of Sales & Growth to own revenue generation, customer acquisition, retention, and go-to-market strategy, globally.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is not a traditional sales management role, and it is not a domestic-only role.

The single most important qualifying criterion: you have previously taken a SaaS product from 0 → 1 in revenue, ideally across global markets and not just India, and you can point to the specific numbers behind that. Everything else in this JD matters, but this is the bar.

You will own the complete revenue and growth function: defining who we sell to (ICPs) and how we reach them (GTM, paid marketing, outbound), running the sales cycle end-to-end, and hiring and leading the team that will scale under you. You'll work directly with the founders and have full ownership of how Camarin.ai's revenue engine is built.
