As we continue to scale, we're looking for a passionate Brand Partnerships - Senior Associate who can build relationships with brands, identify business opportunities, and drive influencer marketing solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
Build and maintain relationships with brand marketers, marketing agencies, and decision-makers.
Understand client marketing objectives and recommend tailored influencer marketing solutions.
Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, and pitch Discovr AI's services and platform capabilities.




Create proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with the Strategy and Account Management teams to ensure seamless campaign handover after deal closure.
Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, creator economy developments, and competitor activities.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM updates, forecasts, and sales reports.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Brand Sales, Business Development, within an Influencer Marketing Agency or Creator Economy company.
Proven experience in selling influencer marketing campaigns and solutions.
Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging creator platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into effective influen
