About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Executive (TSE) to drive sales, strengthen market presence, and manage retail relationships across assigned territories in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have prior FMCG sales experience and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail outlets.

Increase product availability and visibility in the market.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

Ensure timely order collection, stock availability, and market coverage.Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.

Experience:



2–11 years of experience in FMCG sales.

Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹50,000 per month (Net)

Travel Allowance (TA) & Dearness Allowance (DA): Provided

Daily TA/DA: ₹500 per day
