Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tendering Specialist role based in Vishakhapatnam.

The Tendering

Specialist will manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tenders, analyzing requirements, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely submission in line with company policies and compliance standards. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders such as sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather necessary inputs and develop competitive proposals for medical imaging projects.

The Tendering

Specialist will maintain tender databases,



track tender outcomes, support contract negotiations, and contribute to pricing and procurement strategies. The position also includes monitoring government and institutional procurement portals, staying updated on tender regulations, and supporting continuous improvement of tendering processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Tender Management and Procurement for handling complete tender cycles and vendor/customer interactions.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for evaluating tender requirements, pricing structures, risk factors, and competitive positioning.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with external agencies.
- Candidates should possess Proposal Writing skills for drafting clear, compliant, and persuasive technical and commercial submissions.
- Relevant experience in government or institutional tendering, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or capital equipment, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with public procurement norms, e-tendering portals, and contract terms (commercial and legal) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple tenders and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, commerce, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in procurement or contract management are a plus.
