Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Udaipur. This role involves managing the complete tendering process, including identifying tender opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating internal inputs to prepare compliant and competitive bids.

The Tendering

Specialist will draft and refine technical and commercial proposals, maintain tender documentation, and support procurement-related activities connected to bids and contracts. Daily tasks include analyzing project requirements, tracking tender status, communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders,



and ensuring submissions meet deadlines and company standards. The role also requires maintaining tender databases, monitoring market trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of tendering procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Tender Management skills, including experience handling end-to-end tender processes and bid submissions.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret tender documents, evaluate risks, and prepare cost-effective, compliant proposals.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, engaging with clients, and preparing clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess proficient Proposal Writing skills for developing structured, persuasive technical and commercial proposals.
- Candidates should possess foundational Procurement knowledge to support vendor coordination, pricing, and contract-related activities.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel), attention to detail, and strong organizational and time-management skills are beneficial.
- Experience in infrastructure, geomatics, GIS, or related technical domains, and familiarity with government and private sector tender portals, will be an advantage.
